We regularly renew our packaging. It is therefore possible that you will not receive exactly what is pictured on our website.
The packaging may also be different if we have a large volume of orders (for example during promotions).

This happens very rarely. Depending on the orders we receive and their destination, we may need to split your orders to ensure your packages arrive safely and on time. This may happen if we have a large number of orders (e.g. during promotions) or if you order several products on our platform.

Questions about payments

Yes, all transactions are processed securely through Stripe or PayPal and are completely secure. In addition, all transactions are encrypted with SSL security. We do not store card information.

To ensure the security of payments on our platform, we work with Stripe and Shopify Payments. You have the option to pay with your favorite payment methods: iDeal, Bancontact, Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Apple Pay.
Unfortunately, we do not accept bank transfers or checks.

Due to the current pandemic, all delivery times have been affected. However, we will do our best to ensure that you receive your order on time.

Information about the products

For optimal washing, we recommend washing the FlowerWear™ briefs by hand first. Afterwards, add them to the rest of the wash on a gentle cycle (30-40 degrees). Do not use bleach or fabric softener. Hang your briefs in a non-humid environment and wait for them to dry completely before storing them. Please do not iron!

Our briefs are made with a patented design that neutralizes unpleasant odors and bacteria. Plus, they're super absorbent and sweat-wicking, so you stay cool and dry!

FlowerWear™ is underwear that catches your period and bladder weakness.
They absorb liquid and moisture, control odor and resist leaks thanks to protective, absorbent layers.
The panties are ultra thin so that you feel ultimate comfort and you stay fresh and dry.

Depending on the bottom, FlowerWear™ tights can hold 26 to 44 ml of liquid. This corresponds to 3 to 5 tampons or even 5 to 7 sanitary napkins.

Yes, you can wash your menstrual panties in the washing machine on a gentle cycle.

The ideal temperature to kill the bacteria and to use your panties as long as possible is 30-40 degrees on a delicate wash program.

Yes, our menstrual briefs are specially designed for this purpose.

We do not recommend wearing this underwear as a swimsuit as we cannot guarantee that the technology will work in water.
